Yes, every member has a Profile on Wholelife. We recommend that you customize it by uploading a portrait add a cover picture and other information.

Hover your mouse over your profile image or on your name in the top navigation bar and click “Edit profile. After you change or edit detail the save it.

You can change the profile picture but cannot delete the picture. 

In the profile tab you need to click on “Email and Notifications” or by editing the Email Preferences. 

Hover your mouse over your profile image or on your name in the top navigation bar and click on the name or goto the account dash board then select “Close My Account”. After the confirmation your account will be closed and all of your uploaded content will be deleted.

If you forgot your password then just go to the log in screen and click “Forgot your password?” Enter your email address and you will get notification at your email address. 

In the account setting, go to the “Edit profile” tab and click on Account details. From here you can change the password.

You can change your billing or credit card information at any time in your “Payment accounts”. You can use only PayPal to receive money from Wholelife.

You can review your purchase history in “Charges and Credits” under the “Account dashboard”.  On that page, you can see the “Purchases” section by the tab of “Charges”.

To get a copy of your receipt, go to the “Charges and Credits” and in the “Credits” tab. select the Invoice of the purchased item to view the purchase history.

Channel is a platform for you to show and share your videos, audios and pictures. Other people can subscribe to your Channel, and the videos you add will show up in their feed.

To create your own, you need to request channel under the “Channel” tab on home page and select the “Request channel”.

Your channel will be created by the admin you will be notified by an email.

You can upload your videos and audio from “upload media” on the page of “Manage Channel”

Only Channel Owner/creators can add videos to his/her Channel. 

To change the name of your Channel, click “Edit” from the dashboard or “my channel”

To change the layout of your Channel, click “edit” from the dashboard or “my channel” from where you can customize your channel.

You can search for Channels by using the search box at the top of your screen. We also recommend visiting the Channels homepage to peruse our featured Channels.

If you want to stop following a Channel, go to that Channel and click the “Unsubscribe to channel” button.

If you'd like to delete your Channel, go to your “My Channels” or “channel dashboard” 

If you add a private video to a Channel, that video will not be visible to anyone but you. 

Your Channel is a place to collect and showcase videos you upload, embed or record. Your Profile provides the basic information about you. People will go to your profile to see what you look like, your bio, and any other information.

Wholelife lets you change the theme, layout, and logo of your Channel. To change yours, click the Settings button on your Channel page and head to the Appearance tab.

Yes, you can upload any kind of media you want to show others. You have to follow the terms and conditions of Wholelife to keep everything safe.

Yes, as long as they fit within your upload quota. Your video will appear on Wholelife in the following resolutions; it will convert the resolutions automatically to adjust the player size.

All videos uploaded to Wholelife will be converted to square pixels. Regardless of format, all videos will be displayed at the correct aspect ratio.

No! You can upload only 1 file at a time.

An event is a time framed broadcast by any channel owner for a specific purpose. This event can be used to Interviews, Live match, Lectures, Webinar, Group session, Debates and others as well. These events can be free or paid and Public or Private.

Go to the live event tab the click on “Create new event”.

Fill in the information and then follow the steps.

You can set the parameters for the event like enable chat, Making the event private, or scheduling an interview by checking on “This is a two person conversation”.

To get the information about the past events and then you can visit the channel to view the recorded session. (If recorded by the channel owner)

Embedding allows you to take your video or someone else's video and post it on a web page outside of Wholelife. For example, you can embed a video on your blog and then people can watch your video there without having to visit Wholelife.

Go to the video page and click the Share button. In the pop-up window, you'll see a field containing embed code for the video. Just copy the magic code and paste it into your website or blogging software. 

Yes videos can be embedded on Https as well. Our embed code is available on “protocol relative,” which means that we adhere to the protocol of your website, whether it’s HTTP or HTTPS.

Go to the videos and under the video you can find ‘Share’ button.

Goto to that video's individual page then click “Edit Media” below the video player. From there, you'll be able to change all sorts of settings, including basic stuff like the video title and thumbnail image and more. 

Go to the video's individual page and click the Delete link located on the bottom right below the video player. You will be promoted to confirm or decline the delete.

To delete more than one video in one swift action you need to go to the video's homepage page select “Action” and click the Delete. You will be promoted to confirm or decline the delete.

Goto to that video's individual page then click “Edit Media” below the video player. From there, you'll be able to change the Media title and description.

You cannot edit the uploaded video itself but you have to delete the old one and upload the new video after editing it.

Click on any title to read a full description, watch a trailer, and purchase. The purchased video is available to view for 24 Hours.

Only a channel owner can sell his videos by making it “Paid” while uploading or even after you had uploaded. 

You can create a package to sell you paid work available to anyone against monthly subscription plans. Goto the “My channel” and then “Edit”.  Enable the option of “Enable Payment for Channel Subscription”.

Put a price and enter the description for the plan then save the changes.

As Wholelife channel owner, you can upload video files up to 4GB as long as you have enough space in your subscription quota.

Adding an existing video to a Wholelife On Demand page means that the video is no longer available to be viewed for free. Its video page will be accessible only to you.

You can add the image of Minimum resolution of 700 x 545 for all popular picture formats. 

You can check the purchases by going to the account dashboard, the select “Charges and Credits”, in the Credits tab you can see the details of the videos.

Yes, it can be edited from the “My channel” and then click on “Edit” under the Video. Then save the changes by going to the end of the page.

API, or Application Programming Interface, is a way for developers to gain access to certain parts of the Wholelife website to obtain an API key.
